We are very keen to provide the best customer service we can and it helps considerably if potential purchasers give us as much notice as possible of their proposed viewing dates and times.

Eden Villas' aim is to help you to find your perfect Spanish property, you can choose to take a "Fully assisted inspection visit", or simply to make your own way to Spain and make an appointment to come into one of our offices. Whichever suits you best, the choice is yours!

Assistance can be given in the booking of flights and hotel reservations if required. Clients will be met, by prior arrangement, at Almeria airport by one of our sales team for hotel transfer.

At this point property viewing schedules will be arranged to suit the client as far as possible.

We will show you the area as well as the properties and once the decision to purchase has been taken we will be very pleased to provide introductions to lawyers and banks if that would be helpful.
